Billy Butler Heating and Air was a great experience from start to finish. Our upstairs furnace wasn’t heating well and airflow was weak, and they were able to come out the same day when others couldn’t. The technician was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain what was going on while fixing it. He cleaned the flame sensor, adjusted the blower speed, and had the heat running properly in no time. The conversation was relaxed and friendly, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. No upselling, no pressure, just honest work and good people. I’d absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

I’ve known Billy for many years—his dad was a good, honest guy who always did right by people, and that same positive spirit carries on with Butler Heating and Air and Billy’s team. Today, with this big ice storm approaching, I am several hours away and couldn’t get to my daughter to help her with her inoperable fireplace. She’s a single mom with two kids, one with special needs, so making sure things were safe was important. I called Billy, and he headed out right away to check the gas lines on her fireplace before the weather gets bad. It’s just the kind of helpful, reliable service you’d expect from folks who are positive members of the community. Not only did they fix the issue quickly and thoroughly, but they were incredibly kind, patient, and professional the entire time. Have known Billy Butler for many years. I lost contact after moving from Lawrenceville. But reconnected when I was in the need for a new furnace and AC unit. His 5 star service has not changed. It was good to see his son working along side of him learning a trade. Both Very professional and a job well done.
